`Pictures Speak More Than Words - Japanese Natural Disaster
On March 11, 2011, a huge 8.9 earthquake and subsequent tsunami hit Japan, causing widespread destruction. Even though 2 weeks have passed, there are still more and more people being found in the debris and missing children/family members reported daily.
I want to help raise awareness for this situation because as the days go on, the ongoing event becomes more brutal with people starving and left without electricity or medicine. So please... donate kindly to any charity aiding Japan.

Hey!
I am happy to annouce that Dolly Pink will be launching this year at Anime North 2011! So please come visit my table at the crafter's corner table and say hi. I don't have my business cards done yet but I will get to that soon when I finalize the details on Dolly Pink's blog.
As of now, this blog will be going under construction. Banners and buttons will be up by the end of this week!

Everything at Dolly Pink is designed and hand-crafted by yours truly, Aya. My studio is situated in Toronto, Canada and this will be my first year introducing "Dolly Pink."

I put a lot of time and effort in making the accessories for Dolly Pink and it makes me feel super happy to know that a lot of other girls enjoy my work. My overall vision of gal fashions is what inspired me to create Dolly Pink and as you can see, the colors I mainly work with are pinks, white and black. The reason to why I chose to work with mainly these colors is because these are my favorite colors and I feel that they represent my interpretation of lolita and gyaru fashion(s).

TO LOLITA SWAP MEET OCTOBER 2011 EDITION
Where: Twylight - Kensington Market [@ Infront of Twylight's store front]
When: October 1, 2011

I am hosting a Lolita Swap Meet for my local community, TO LOLITA. It will be the first one in the community and it will be done at Kensington Market's Twylight in Toronto, Ontario. Dolly Pink's accessories for 2012 prototypes will be available so check it out! There is no entry fee but a strict RSVP code is in effect for the participating J-fashion communities.

♥ Dolly Pink Terms of Sales/Commissions
PAYMENT
1. A NON - REFUNDABLE deposit of 20% of the product's price is required upon commission request. This fee covers the travel costs associated with special materials and time making the requested item.
2. Paypal is the only form of payment accepted at this moment.
3. Payment is expected within one week of invoicing for the deposit and the same goes for the second invoice that will be sent after the commission has been completed.
• IF the final invoice isn’t paid within that time frame or you haven’t contacted us about the deposit, the commission will be forfeited at your loss.
4. Buyer is responsible for Paypal fees (which will be calculated by the Paypal Fee Calculator) with exceptions if bought from Dolly Pink's Etsy Store.
5. If the invoice is paid in a ‘Gift’ form to waive fees, it is done at your own risk.
6. We have the right to refuse commissions.
7. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
PROCESS
1. Commissions take at least ONE week minimum to complete. If the requested item is needed faster please give me notice prior.
2. Communication is a must! If I do not receive communication for more then a week I will assume you are no longer interested and the item will be forfeited at your loss, as mentioned above.
3. Once the commission is completed, proof photos will always be sent to update you on the final look of the product. And when you are satisfied, the item will be shipped out within a week unless stated other wise. Please keep in mind that delivery times are different and can take 2 - 3 weeks depending on the shipping method.
4. If there are any problems/issues please contact me at my Dolly Pink Etsy Store or at Raspberry.Doll [at] gmail.com before leaving any negative/neutral feedback. I take customer service seriously and would like to help solve any issues that you may have with Dolly Pink's serivce(s).
SHIPPING
1. For big items I suggest that it be shipped in a box to prevent damages. But if you choose otherwise I will not be liable for any damages caused during shipment.
2. Unless you specifically request for insurance I will again, not be liable for any damages or delays once the product is shipped out.
3. To counter attack any delays, I highly recommend you purchase insurance and tracking for more expensive items.
4. I will only ship out to verified Paypal addresses. If there is another shipping address you would like me to send it to please add it in the ‘Merchant Note’ of your Paypal invoice.
5. Once the package leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for it.
6. Lastly, please allow adequate time for item(s) to arrive to you. I will notify you if any shipping delays should occur.
